3+ years of in-house tech transactions experience and strong negotiation skills with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs are essential. This role collaborates with product and research teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
