Qualifications

• Three years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and reviewing commercial technology agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs or DPAs.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Run simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving commercial technology contracts.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, risk analysis and precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract performance.
• Improve legal review guidelines and decide which contract issues require revision or escalation.
