You run negotiation exercises, redline contracts, and grade contract analyses, with work used to train AI tools. Remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in-house experience working on technology transactions.
• Negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself.
• Experience working with legal, product or research teams; strong written and spoken communication; attention to detail and sound legal analysis.
• No technical or AI background required.

Responsibilities

• Run negotiation exercises and redline commercial technology contracts.
• Review answers to contract scenarios for legal risk, accuracy and precision.
• Set the scoring criteria that decide what a strong contract answer looks like.
• Improve the review guides and best practices the work follows.
