Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Strong written legal analysis and issue spotting.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline MSAs and NDAs.
• Identify legal and commercial issues in DPAs and other agreements.
• Determine company positions and fallback outcomes.
• Explain proposed redlines and revisions clearly.
