Responsibilities

• Complete simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving technology contracts.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios for accuracy, risk, and legal judgment.
• Provide practical feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-focused AI tasks.
• Help refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
