Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, using cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent to meet client needs.

You will screen and interview candidates, manage interview coordination, and maintain ATS data while driving submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Strong client focus and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
• Build a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and support final interview decisions.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submission and hire goals and maintain ATS reports.
• Update and maintain reports and related administrative tasks.
