Job summary

Tribe is seeking a remote Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to embed with European client companies as their go-to technical hiring expert. You will lead full-cycle hiring for software engineering, DevOps, data, and product roles, all while designing smart recruitment processes and maintaining strong partnerships with engineering leadership.

You will own pipeline data, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Fluent English is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment within fast-paced tech, scale-up, or agency environments.
• You focus on long-term team impact with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Solid grasp of modern software developer ecosystems and ATS tools like Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle tech hiring for engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, product, and data roles.
• Design and optimize recruitment processes, including scorecards and structured interview loops.
• Partner with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Hiring Managers to align on candidate profiles and interview velocity.
