Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment experience.
• In-house mindset focused on long-term impact.
• Hands-on with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.).
• Ability to leverage hiring data to improve funnel metrics.
• Proactive, independent problem solver with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment across commercial and operational functions, from active sourcing to offer close.
• Design and optimize recruitment workflows, including candidate scorecards and structured interview loops.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads with proactive, data-backed updates.
• Analyze candidate channels, run targeted sourcing, and manage job postings for top talent.
• Suggest and implement ideas to optimize client hiring funnels and outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.

In this role, you will embed directly with fast-growing European client companies as their trusted hiring expert. You will design structured recruitment processes, partner closely with key stakeholders, and lead full-cycle hiring across commercial, operational, and business functions.

Contract: Indefinite B2B

Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region)

Notice Period: Immediate (Up to 1-2 weeks)

Language: Fluent English (minimum C1)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Hiring: Own recruitment across commercial and operational functions, managing everything from active sourcing and job advertising to screening and offer close.
• Process Funnel Design: Set up and optimize recruitment workflows, including candidate scorecards, structured interview loops, and funnel analytics, to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads, building strong relationships through clear, proactive communication and data-backed updates.
• Sourcing Strategy Advertising: Analyze candidate channels, run targeted outbound sourcing, and manage job postings to reach top active and passive talent.
• Continuous Improvement Project Impact: Proactively suggest and implement ideas to optimize client hiring funnels, ensuring the long-term success and longevity of each engagement.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Recruiter: You bring 3+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven background in Commercial or Operations, ideally within fast-growing start-up, scale-up or embedded environments.
• In-House Mindset: You focus on long-term team impact rather than quick candidate fills, balancing data-driven decision-making with a positive candidate experience.
• Data Systems Savvy: Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.) and a proven ability to leverage hiring data to improve funnel metrics.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You treat your pipeline as your own business, spotting roadblocks early, pitching solutions to clients, and driving results independently.
• Direct Fluent Communicator: Fluen
