Job summary

Tribe is seeking a remote Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to embed with European client companies as their go-to technical hiring expert. You will lead full-cycle hiring for software engineering, DevOps, data, and product roles, all while designing smart recruitment processes and maintaining strong partnerships with engineering leadership.

You will own pipeline data, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Fluent English is required for this role.

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment within fast-paced tech, scale-up, or agency environments.
• You focus on long-term team impact with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Solid grasp of modern software developer ecosystems and ATS tools like Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby.

We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in the CEE or Balkans region.

In this role, you will embed directly with fast-growing European client companies as their go-to technical hiring expert. You will design smart recruitment processes, partner closely with engineering leadership, and drive full-cycle hiring for high-impact tech teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-Cycle Tech Hiring: Own recruitment for engineering and tech roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product, Data), managing everything from targeted sourcing to offer close.
• Process Design Optimization: Build and refine hiring workflows, including candidate scorecards, structured interview loops, and funnel analytics, to ensure predictable, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Engineering Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Hiring Managers to align on candidate personas, calibrate expectations, and keep interview velocity high.
• Sourcing Outreach: Identify the best channels for niche technical talent, run targeted outbound outreach, and ensure job messaging resonates with candidates.
• Pipeline Data Ownership: Maintain clean ATS tracking, monitor funnel conversion metrics, and identify hiring risks before they slow down searches.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Tech Recruiter: You bring 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment within fast-paced tech, scale-up, or agency environments.
• In-House Mindset: You focus on long-term team impact rather than quick candidate fills, balancing data-backed decisions with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Tech Literacy Tool Savvy: Solid grasp of modern software developer ecosystems and tech stacks, with hands-on proficiency using ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.).
