Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a freelance Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to own the full cycle for tech and business roles across Europe. You will partner with startups, SMEs and international companies, understand client culture, and advise on sourcing strategies.

This 100% remote EU role offers flexible hours and long-term collaboration, with emphasis on building trusted relationships, excellence in interviews, and guiding Talent Sourcers as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Tech Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps or comparable tech fields.
• Experience supporting startups, scale-ups and SMEs.
• Strong active sourcing skills and identifying difficult-to-find talent.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• German language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
• Based within the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete end-to-end recruitment process for technical and business roles.
• Become a trusted recruiting partner for clients by understanding their business, culture, teams and hiring needs.
• Advise clients on recruiting strategies, sourcing approaches, hiring processes and market trends to help them attract and hire the right talent.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing and professional networks.
• Conduct professional interviews and present shortlisted candidates together with your assessment and recommendation.
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Support salary discussions and offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Coordinate and guide Talent Sourcers whenever additional sourcing support is required.
