Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and pipeline management.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills for professional interviews and outreach.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and engage passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects into active candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment activities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain candidate records.
• Optimize hiring workflows using ATS and sourcing tools.
