Relativity in Huntsville, AL seeks a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve complex software and network issues for technical and non-technical customers. You will handle tickets in Salesforce, communicate via phone and email, and work with product teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role requires SQL, Windows knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance for RelativityOne Government. Expect 9-hour CST shifts Monday–Friday with on-call duties as needed.
