Job summary

Responsibilities

Receive and document technical support requests for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity issues remotely, escalating when needed.
Maintain accurate problem/resolution logs and update user documentation.
Install/configure hardware and software and ensure network connectivity across the college infrastructure.
Train staff and students on common tech tools and procedures.
