Qualifikationen

• Over 18 years of age.

• Comfort with desktop computer systems.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task.

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client service and device issues including connectivity and performance.
• Assist customers with client-specific support and resolution techniques.
• Deliver in-scope internet service and connectivity support for OS, PC, and browser configurations.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issues.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call when possible.
• Open and manage trouble tickets for user issues, Data Network, OS issues.
• Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and timely problem solving.
• Adhere to schedules and TP policies.
