Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfort with desktop computer system.
• Proven oral & written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline, first level technical assistance for consumers.
• Support client high-speed internet services delivering a great customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot issues including internet connectivity and performance.
• Assist with client-specific devices and resolution techniques.
• Deliver in-scope support for internet service and device configurations.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call when possible.
• Open and manage trouble tickets for user and OS issues.
• Be patient, courteous, and friendly with customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and timely work completion.
• Follow schedules, directives, and TP policies.
