Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the Flex CAD solution on Windows and Linux. You will troubleshoot issues, configure end-user devices, and maintain documentation to ensure high user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling first- and second-level support via phone, email, chat, and in person, performing basic network diagnostics, and escalating complex problems. Some shifts/on-call work and CJIS security requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dedicated technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networks.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
