Qualifications

• 1 year+ in customer service, tech support, or call center environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening with ability to explain tech clearly.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Willingness to learn technical product information and navigate systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email for water filtration systems.
