SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader delivering secure customer and technical support across 60 languages. Join as a Technical Support Consultant to thrive in a multicultural, multilingual environment while working from home.

You will deliver technical support, build relationships, and stay updated with evolving tools and technologies. We value English communication, VPS and Windows Server expertise, and familiarity with trading platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher).
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with VPS setup and management.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
