Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Professional and friendly attitude with ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Typing skills and computer proficiency.
• Experience with property tax software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct or indirect support to customers, resolving issues and guiding usage of the software.
• Assess software configurations, setups, and code to determine resolutions per guidelines.
• Document processes and outcomes in the client tracking system.
• Share knowledge through training and collaboration with teammates.
• Coordinate with account managers to track contracted services and client escalations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to document enhancements and defects.
