Harris Computer is seeking a Support Specialist to deliver application support and expertise to customers and internal teams. You will investigate, manage, and close client issues related to the database and application functionality, and contribute to the knowledge base.

The role involves training customers on product usage, working with product and engineering teams to document enhancements, and supporting the account management process while aiming for continuous improvement across support

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Typing skills and computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly or indirectly with customers to provide services and help resolve user issues.
• Assess a variety of software scenarios, reviewing configuration, setup, and code to identify resolutions.
• Report detailed information within the client tracking system and document processes.
• Collaborate with team members and training staff to share knowledge and produce documentation.
• Create and conduct training for customers on functionality and best practices.
• Document proposed enhancements and work with product/engineering on defects.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to process and track contracted services.
• Review processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
