ReadyOn is seeking an entry-level Technical Support Associate to join our Global Support team. This remote role focuses on assisting enterprise clients by responding to support tickets, investigating issues, and documenting findings.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve processes and the overall client experience, while growing with the team in a fast-paced startup.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate reported issues by gathering information and following troubleshooting steps across scheduling, shift management, workforce configuration, and integrations.
• Ask clear follow-up questions when more information is needed from the client.
• Document findings and next steps clearly within support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or engineering with proper context.
• Keep clients updated with care, clarity, and empathy throughout resolution.
