Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an Associate Support Analyst for a fully remote role within our Technical Support team.

You will help customers troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, document cases, and collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver outstanding support experiences. The ideal candidate has basic IT knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer‑oriented mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
