Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage strong talent for technology and specialized business roles, partnering with the Director of Talent Solutions. You will manage job requests, create postings, and keep candidate pipelines organized while supporting daily recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.

This remote, part-time role emphasizes research, outreach, and understanding a candidate's full story while adapting to shifting

Qualifications

• Prior sourcing or recruiting experience supporting technology or specialized professional roles.
• Strong Boolean and Google Xray search skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse for searching existing candidates, maintaining records, tracking outreach, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Clear, engaging written communication and a professional outreach approach.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Xray searches, Boolean searches, referrals, and other channels.
• Translate job requirements into targeted searches to identify relevant skills and backgrounds.
• Review resumes and portfolios to assess alignment with opportunities.
• Create personalized outreach that generates interest and communicates the role clearly.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to confirm qualifications, interest, availability, compensation expectations, and location requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with concise summaries and areas needing clarification.
• Manage incoming job requests, organize requirements, and track submission deadlines.
• Create and post accurate, consistently formatted job descriptions in Greenhouse and other channels.
• Maintain current candidate records and pipeline updates in Greenhouse.
• Coordinate screening appointments and support timely candidate communication.
• Provide administrative support, including organizing documents and scheduling.
