Job summary

Arrow BI, LLC is seeking a skilled Recruiter for a 100% remote, part-time contract role. You will create engaging job descriptions, post across platforms, and manage the candidate funnel using an ATS.

You will source passive candidates, craft templates, and help optimize interview processes and offers for clients. You should excel in fast-paced environments, have proven full-cycle recruitment experience, and be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with building processes from scratch.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment using best practices and techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong research, sourcing, networking, and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; flexible hours for projects.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive and engaging job descriptions based on client requirements.
• Set up and maintain job postings across platforms and ensure ATS integration.
• Source and engage with passive candidates across platforms.
• Build messaging templates and standardize processes with SOPs.
• Develop efficient interview workflows outlining phases, assessments, and questions.
• Manage candidate communication and update ATS accordingly.
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews to assess skills.
• Coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
• Assist with offers and onboarding needs negotiations.
• Track analytics and create reports for clients.
