Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage strong talent for technology and specialized business roles supporting leading technology organizations.

You will partner with our Director of Talent Solutions to turn hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies, connect with candidates, and support daily recruiting operations from a remote, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior sourcing or recruiting experience supporting technology or specialized professional roles.
• Strong Boolean and Google Xray search skills to uncover relevant public profiles, portfolios, and resumes.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse for searching existing candidates, maintaining records, tracking outreach, and managing candidate pipelines.
• Ability to evaluate candidate experience beyond job titles and keyword matches.
• Clear, engaging written communication and a professional, personable approach to outreach.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight resume submission deadlines.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, clarifying incomplete requirements, and pivoting quickly when needed.
• Willingness to support job postings, incoming requests, and administrative tasks alongside sourcing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the recruiting lead.
• Availability Monday through Friday, with Pacific Time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Xray searches, Boolean searches, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Translate job requirements into targeted searches, identifying relevant skills, experience, and transferable backgrounds.
• Review resumes, professional profiles, and portfolios to assess alignment with each opportunity.
• Create personalized outreach that generates interest and clearly communicates the role.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to confirm qualifications, interest, availability, compensation expectations, and location requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with concise summaries of relevant experience and any areas needing clarification.
• Manage incoming job requests, organize requirements, and track priorities and submission deadlines.
• Create and post accurate, consistently formatted job descriptions in Greenhouse and other recruiting channels.
• Maintain current candidate records, outreach activity, follow up, and pipeline updates in Greenhouse.
• Coordinate screening appointments and support timely candidate communication.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing recruiting documents, tracking submissions, and scheduling.
• Manage multiple searches with quick turnaround expectations while maintaining candidate quality and accuracy.
• Communicate progress, flag obstacles early, and adjust sourcing strategies as requirements evolve.
