Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a 6-month remote contract. The role focuses on front-end sourcing, actively building pipelines, and engaging passive candidates to present a warm slate to recruiters.

The candidate will map talent landscapes, use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, and document interactions in our ATS/CRM systems. This is a contract position aligned with global TA initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in Talent Acquisition or related role.
• Ability to conduct professional, structured candidate conversations by phone or video.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS or similar system.
• Strong written and verbal communication with polished presence.
• Excellent organizational skills for high-volume applicant loads.
• High attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion.
• BA/BS in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and maintain pipelines for assigned roles.
• Engage candidates and conduct initial outreach and screening.
• Collaborate with TA Partners for handoffs and strategy.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS and CRM.
• Provide updates on pipeline status and screening outcomes.
