Job summary

IFF is seeking a Technical Service Account Manager for Grain Processing. The role will deliver specialized technical support for enzymes and yeast, work with sales teams, and serve as the internal subject matter expert across product lines.

You will perform plant visits, analyze data, and train customers on product selection and optimization. Based in the United States as a remote position, this role requires 50% travel, strong data interpretation skills, and collaboration across Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related).
• 3-4 years of experience in an industrial biotechnology environment (enzymes, food, fuel alcohol, or similar).
• 3-5 years of experience in a Carbohydrate Processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical and scientific support for enzyme and yeast applications in customer environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings, trainings, and onsite visits.
• Serve as an internal technical expert on assigned product lines, applications, and limitations.
