Ash Grove Cement Company, a CRH Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a remote role serving MA/CT/NH region. You will promote fly ash and cementitious materials to ready-mix producers and building supply companies, with travel to customer sites in the region and our Oxford, MA distribution site.

The role emphasizes technical sales, account growth, and industry engagement, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–2 years' experience in a functional role.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Interact with decision-makers to promote Eco Material Technologies products.
• Maintain and grow the current account base through regular contact and technical support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and report impacts to management.
• Provide technical services related to use, operation, and application of products.
• Draw up sales or service contracts for products or services.
• Prepare sales volume and price forecasts for area of responsibility.
• Provide technical training to construction community and attend industry events.
