Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, is seeking a Market Manager for the Kansas territory. This remote role partners with customers to ensure service and product delivery, develops annual business plans, and drives profitable growth across the region.

You will lead price negotiations, provide technical input, forecast sales, and build strong client relationships while maintaining safety standards and upholding the company brand.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in marketing, business, management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, operations, or technical service in construction or related roles.
• Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft software products.
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans for the territory and each account, including pricing objectives and receivables management.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring correct daily billing and pricing accuracy.
• Lead price negotiations with customers to secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Provide up-to-date sales forecasts for each account monthly.
• Build strong relationships with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Provide technical input and coordinate with Technical Service support as needed.
