Qualifikationen

• 4 year degree in marketing, business, management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, operations, or technical service in construction or related fields.
• Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft software products.
• Ability to drive incident management and understand customer requirements.

Aufgaben

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Develop annual business plans for the territory and each account, including pricing objectives, technical support, distribution optimization, new products, and receivables management.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring 100% correct daily billing and handling pricing entries, payment discrepancies, DSO, and rebates.
• Lead price negotiations with customers in a mutually beneficial, timely manner.
• Provide up-to-date sales forecasts monthly for each account.
• Provide first-line technical input to customers and engage Technical Service support.
• Develop deep knowledge of each account’s objectives, staff, operations, and financial performance.
• Monitor accounts' commercial margins and seek opportunities for margin improvements.
• Represent the company in industry associations and manage travel budgets.
