Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years' proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• Previous experience closing sales or sales management roles.

Responsabilités

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Mentor and reinforce effective sales and customer service practices.
• Maintain a professional image upholding HGV integrity, quality and service.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
