Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. seeks a Remote In House Sales Manager to lead timeshare sales teams and drive performance while upholding the Spirit of Service.

You will mentor, coach, and supervise staff, close deals, use Salesforce and other tools, and work within a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This role offers a base salary with commission potential under the company plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• 2+ years proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship.

Responsabilités

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
• Work in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
• Be on camera during training and live presentations.
