Connection, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager - BSG (Remote) to drive long-term sales with state and local governments, higher education, and K-12 institutions.

You will receive 8 weeks of paid training, a dedicated sales coach, and ongoing tech training to stay ahead in a fast-moving market. The role offers a guaranteed base with uncapped commissions, three years of commission guarantees, and a total compensation range expected in the $50k-$60k first year.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred.
• Prior cold-calling experience is helpful.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
