Job summary

Employer.com, part of a family of brands, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to hire Sales Engineers and Solutions Engineers. This contract, full-time role will partner with product and sales to demo, scope solutions, and win deals.

You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical pre-sales roles across fast-moving teams. You’ll source and screen candidates with SaaS and cloud tech experience, calibrate with hiring managers, and keep the ATS pipeline healthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, including hiring Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, or other technical pre-sales roles.
• Background in tech recruiting with GTM/sales hiring experience.
• Comfort with SaaS, APIs, integrations and cloud tech to assess candidates.
• Experience at a SaaS or tech company, or an agency serving one.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to run high-volume, fast-moving searches.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and write outreach that gets technical people to reply.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS
• Agency or contract recruiting experience
