Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs within Enterprise Business Systems and FinTech. The TPM will navigate technical topics, drive strategy, and ensure outcomes that align with business objectives while guiding teams and representing the customer in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in software development or program management, preferably FinTech/Enterprise Business Systems.
• Strong Agile background, with experience leading Scrum Masters and ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
