Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team. This remote, contract role focuses on cross-functional programs in business applications and FinTech, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You will navigate technical topics and strategy, lead technical discussions, and ensure outcomes that meet business objectives. W2 employment with strong benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum Master experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management.
• Certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
