Job summary

gFiber seeks a Technical Program Manager for Colocation Service Delivery & Management to lead delivery and capacity planning of large-scale network services nationwide. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor performance, and refine projects while deploying new tech across markets in the US.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and managing leased infrastructure, including data center space and power, with a focus on reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience developing and managing network infrastructure programs, vendor management, and delivery of leased assets.
• 2 years of experience with space/power projects in data centers or third-party colocation facilities.
• Experience leading project teams and/or vendor resources with measurable success metrics.
• Experience ordering and managing colocation space, including AC & DC power consumption.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party vendor infrastructure delivery through build, connectivity, acceptance, and documentation.
• Oversee kickoff and regular project status meetings across teams and vendors.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment between leased asset inventory and contract inventory.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Augment portfolio to meet ongoing business needs and growth.
