gFiber is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Colocation Service Delivery & Management, to lead delivery and ongoing capacity management of large-scale network infrastructure services sourced from third-party suppliers nationwide.

You will collaborate across teams—network engineering, market operations and acquisition—to assess leased dark fiber, colocation, and bandwidth requirements, set delivery targets, and evolve projects with new technologies across the US.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in engineering, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience managing network infrastructure programs and vendor delivery of leased assets.
• 2 years in space/power projects including data centers or colocation facilities.
• Experience leading project teams and defining success metrics.
• Experience ordering and managing colocation space including AC & DC power.

Responsabilidades

• Manage third-party vendor infrastructure delivery through build, network connectivity, acceptance, and documentation including project tracking and scopes of work.
• Oversee kickoff and regular project status meetings, collaborating across teams and escalating when timelines are at risk.
• Manage the quality of third-party leased infrastructure documentation including inventory alignment between leased asset network inventory and contract inventory.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes to meet business needs and improve efficiency in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Manage and augment portfolio to continue to meet ongoing business needs.
