Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years experience in a service provider or enterprise network with competency in core/ access networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ELINE/ELAN/EVPN; fiber optics, DWDM, transceivers; BMS and AC/DC power).
• 4 years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading cross-functional, high-impact programs.
• Expertise in building and maintaining effective program teams and establishing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic, ambiguous programs with cross product-area impact.
• Spearhead efforts to drive consistency and economies of scale across wireless infrastructure workstreams.
• Partner with senior leadership to align objectives and drive cross-functional collaborations.
• Build and implement innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and adapt to change.
• Develop technical roadmaps and white papers with engineering stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
• Coach and mentor teams, setting best practices for program management.
