Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership experience in Telecommunications or related capital projects.
• 5 years of people and/or vendor management experience.
• Up to 25% travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of program managers to ensure schedules are met and projects are delivered.
• Coordinate with internal Google Fiber groups and external partners to operationalize processes.
• Drive process improvements to increase deployment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects/plans across engineering, operations, construction, budgets and forecasting.
• Oversee delivery of projects through partners/vendors.
