Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to support day-to-day IT operations across WD Technology Enablement. You will perform system administration, troubleshooting, user training, and automation to ensure reliable, secure technology services for our Work Dynamics accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in IT operations, strong scripting/automation skills, and knowledge of security/compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role.
Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.
Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform system administration tasks including software installations, updates, and configurations.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support; escalate complex issues as needed.
Develop and deliver user training; create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and procedures.
Monitor system performance and implement optimization to improve reliability and efficiency.
Assist with compliance and auditing activities to meet security requirements.
Develop and implement scripts and automation to streamline tasks.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and team on service-related issues and projects.
Support the implementation of security policies and report potential vulnerabilities.
