Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Technology Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day IT operations for Work Dynamics accounts and ensure high service delivery and security. You will handle system administration, troubleshooting, user support, and automation in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a 3+ year background in IT operations, a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, and knowledge of IT security fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT operations or a related role.
• Strong systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with JLL WD technology ecosystem is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks and ensure systems run optimally.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
• Develop and deliver user training; maintain documentation.
• Monitor performance and implement optimization measures.
• Assist with security compliance and auditing activities.
