Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst within the WD Technology Enablement team to maintain and optimize the technology platform for Work Dynamics accounts. The role focuses on system administration, troubleshooting, and user support across multiple remote locations.

You will implement scripting and automation, assist with security and compliance, and collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong system administration, troubleshooting and user support skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Understanding IT security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration & Maintenance: install, update, configure software and ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshooting & Support: resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• User Training & Documentation: train users; document configurations and procedures.
• Performance Optimization: monitor and improve system efficiency.
• Compliance & Auditing: assist with security/compliance tasks.
• Scripting & Automation: develop scripts to automate tasks.
• Collaboration & Communication: coordinate with Service Delivery Manager and team.
• Security Awareness & Support: assist in implementing security policies.
