Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Systems Analyst I to provide Tier 3 IT support on the IT Special Operations team. The role involves resolving complex issues across network, identity, and telecom, and turning repetitive tasks into automation with ServiceNow enhancements.

This remote position supports Associates, with a focus on documentation, knowledge base, and collaboration with Service Desk and Onsite IT. Bachelor's degree and strong troubleshooting are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience with troubleshooting and cross-team escalation.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar problems independently using documentation and escalation as needed.
• Depth in at least one support or infrastructure area (networking, identity, telecom, endpoint, or mobility).
• Cross-domain familiarity across networking, identity, and telecom.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point with Service Desk and Onsite IT to resolve complex issues across network, identity, and telecom.
• Triage escalations to assess severity and initiate outages or bridges when warranted.
• Absorb repeatable, high-skill operational work from engineering to free up design capacity.
• Identify and document opportunities for automation and AI and partner with engineering to implement workflows and ServiceNow improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Service Desk, Onsite IT, and engineering.
• Maintain accurate ServiceNow tickets and adhere to SLAs and change management processes.
• Document handoffs and share knowledge to reduce escalations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
