Elite Technology NY Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design scalable systems and elevate engineering standards. This remote role requires shaping architecture, guiding cross-team initiatives, and delivering high-impact solutions with hands-on coding.

You will work across Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infrastructure, mentoring engineers and driving best practices in CI/CD, testing, observability, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
• 9–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of software architecture and system design.
• Proven experience writing test automation at multiple levels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system and component-level architecture design with engineers and architects.
• Own end-to-end technical execution of key initiatives from design to delivery.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and influence platform-level decisions.
• Uphold high engineering standards with code reviews and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infra teams to meet requirements.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis, including on-call participation.
