Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Director of Channel Partnerships to build and grow relationships with consulting practices across the US, educate them on Talkspace solutions, and position Talkspace as a valuable addition to their clients' benefit portfolios.

This remote role requires Pacific Time availability. You will lead partnership strategies, support sales, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive growth of Talkspace for Work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of channel partnerships or business development experience
• Experience with benefits consultants, brokers, or employer health programs preferred
• Proven ability to build pipelines and drive revenue with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with US consulting practices
• Educate consultants on Talkspace products and capabilities
• Identify opportunities to expand Talkspace presence and drive new business
• Support sales with proposals, RFPs, and client meetings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner and client experience
• Represent Talkspace at industry events and partner meetings
