Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software across our platforms. The role is remote within the United States, reporting to the Senior Director, and involves hands-on coding leadership, architecture input, and cross-team collaboration.

You will drive technical excellence, foster an AI-enabled engineering culture, and ensure delivery of scalable backend services while mentoring engineers and coordinating with product managers and designers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 9+ years of programming with Java.
