Job summary

Norstella, a remote-friendly employer in the United States, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge client challenges with Norstella’s AI-powered data solutions. You will lead discovery, shape demos, and co-create proofs of concept with enterprise clients.

You will partner with account executives across research, development, and commercial cycles, guiding engagements from discovery through to running solutions in client environments.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of pharma and life sciences including trials, pipeline, and market access.
• 3-5 years in solutions engineering or technical consulting for data, analytics or SaaS products with enterprise clients.
• Outstanding communication to present to both technical and VP-level audiences.
• Strong discovery instincts to uncover what a client is actually trying to achieve.
• Comfort with ambiguity as products and markets evolve; treat as opportunity.
• Experience delivering work inside client environments (embedded services) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical partnership: map client challenges to Norstella capabilities and design demos.
• Solutioning and bespoke engagements: scope proofs of concept, define success criteria, and deliver in client environments.
• Enablement, reuse, and feedback: create reusable IP and feed client insights back to product lines.
