Job summary

Arcesium LLC is seeking a talented attorney with an IP and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements and advising on intellectual property issues, including generative AI considerations.

The position can be based remotely within the United States, with opportunities to support broader corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Law degree with strong academic record.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts.
• Advising clients on intellectual property issues and contract interpretation.
• Familiarity with open-source software and generative AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
• Handle technology, purchase, service, and consulting agreements.
• Review RFPs and DDQs as the primary representative of the Legal team.
• Serve as internal point of contact for outside counsel on NDAs.
• Advise business teams on intellectual property matters and related issues.
• Support general corporate, employment, and litigation matters as needed.
