TMC Cleaning services is looking for a dynamic Telephone Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. You will be the front line of customer engagement, making outbound calls, pursuing warm leads, and driving revenue growth through consultative, technology-focused B2B conversations.

The role emphasizes using CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipelines, collaborate with marketing, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales or telemarketing experience in technology or B2B sales.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and deal-closing abilities.
• Experience with sales automation tools and outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, nurturing warm leads and generating new business opportunities
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions using our sales technology platforms
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Negotiate terms with clients confidently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude to close deals successfully
• Leverage sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts, follow-ups, and client communications
• Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance outreach strategies and optimize client engagement efforts
